Hyatt Guns’ layaway plan is simple and easy and allows you to pay for your purchase over time. Simply place your order online as you normally would, and select “Layaway” under the Payment Method. Items eligible for our layaway plan will have a blue button that says “Layaway Available for this Item.” Upon receipt of your 20% non-refundable deposit, we will take the item out of our inventory and activate your 90-day term. All layaways are subject to a $30 surcharge.

During the layaway period, you can either make several payments, or just make one final payment at the end of 90 days, at which time we will ship your item or it can be picked up in our retail store.

Special orders: You can do a layaway on special order guns. Your deposit will be processed and your layaway period starts when the gun comes in.

Making payments is simple. Just login, click the My Account tab and click Layaway Orders.

We regret that under no circumstances will your layaway be held longer than 90 days.

If we haven’t received payment in full when your 90-day term expires, your layaway will be canceled and any and NO payments will be refunded.

Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to the 90-day term, no refund will be given.
Buying guns online is both safe and easy, plus it saves you time and money. However, there are certain Federal and Local laws that must be obeyed. Federal Firearms Laws prevent us from shipping firearms directly to you. Instead, we ship any firearm purchased on our site to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer in your area. Please note that at this time, due to CA DOJ issues, we are not shipping ANY handguns to California.

Here’s how it works:

  • Make your purchase online, ensuring you are following all state and local laws. For a listing of these laws, please visit the following link: Gun Laws.
  • Find an FFL dealer in your area that will accept the transfer of your firearm. Most dealers, which include sporting goods stores, pawn shops, gunsmiths and gun stores, are willing to do this for a nominal fee. If you have a dealer in mind, please enter their name and telephone number at checkout. If not, you can contact us after the sale to provide the dealer information. Please call us at 704-393-7124 and we’ll be glad to help you.
  • Have your dealer FAX or email us a copy of their valid and signed FFL form. Our FAX number is 704-394-0268. Emailed copies can be sent to sales@devmage.hyattpolice.com. IMPORTANT: Please make sure your dealer includes your Order ID#, as well as your name with the FFL. California orders also must include a CFD number.
  • Once we have received the FFL, we will ship your order to your dealer and you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email.
  • Once your dealer receives your firearm, they will contact you and you can complete all the necessary paperwork and pick up your firearm.

Store Pick-up

In the Charlotte, NC area? You can pick up your purchase up at our Retail Store. Simply select Store Pick-up under Shipping method at checkout. Once you submit your order, we'll process it and email you when it's ready to be picked up. There is no additional fee, aside from sales tax, to pick up guns or accessories purchased online. Please note that we can sell long guns (rifles and shotguns) to out-of-state residents from most states. Handguns must be picked up in the state in which you reside. For example: a South Carolina resident can purchase a rifle or shotgun in our retail store and take it home the same day, but a handgun would need to be shipped to a dealer in South Carolina.

Transfers

We'll be glad to transfer a gun you purchased from another dealer in our retail store. Please visit our Firearms Transfers Page for more information.

This is a cased pair of antique Belgian engraved Muff/Boot percussion pistols. These pistols feature 2-1/8-inch screw-off rifled barrels, which appear to be .44 caliber with damascus pattern on the outside. The barrels are marked with Liege Belgium "E/LG*" oval proofs and are numbered "9" on both. The frames are floral engraved with folding triggers that extend when the hammer is pulled back. The grips are fluted ebony. These pistols probably date to around 1850 and come in a fitted wood case with violet felt lining and storage compartments. Included in the case is a bullet mold and James Dixon & Sons 3-way powder flask, which also dates to around the same time period. Overall condition of the pistols is good, the bores still have clear rifling and shine, but there is some pitting. The nipple on both guns shows some rust and there is also rust on the frame chamber ports when the barrels are removed. Mechanically, the pistols seem to be in working condition and would probably still shoot. Buy online today!
