Hyatt Guns’ layaway plan is simple and easy and allows you to pay for your purchase over time. Simply place your order online as you normally would, and select “Layaway” under the Payment Method. Items eligible for our layaway plan will have a blue button that says “Layaway Available for this Item.” Upon receipt of your 20% non-refundable deposit, we will take the item out of our inventory and activate your 90-day term. All layaways are subject to a $30 surcharge.
During the layaway period, you can either make several payments, or just make one final payment at the end of 90 days, at which time we will ship your item or it can be picked up in our retail store.
Special orders: You can do a layaway on special order guns. Your deposit will be processed and your layaway period starts when the gun comes in.
Making payments is simple. Just login, click the My Account tab and click Layaway Orders.
We regret that under no circumstances will your layaway be held longer than 90 days.
If we haven’t received payment in full when your 90-day term expires, your layaway will be canceled and any and NO payments will be refunded.
Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to the 90-day term, no refund will be given.

Glock Requirements
Sworn Law Enforcement officers with powers of arrest, including Federal, State, County & City also includes retired L.E. officers with "retired" credentials (LE Department or Retired Picture ID front & back).
Military personnel including Reservists and National Guard with ID also includes retired Military with "retired" credentials (Military picture ID front & back). Veterans with an Honorably Discharged DD214 or NGB-22 and Driver’s License.
Corrections Officers, including Parole and Probation Officers (LE Department Picture ID front & back).
Nationally recognized Security Company – Officer Purchase for full time armed guards with Picture ID. Examples: Loomis, Garda, and GS4. State licenses, registrations, private investigators are not approved. The ID must indicate a position held and armed status.
Active duty Firefighters or volunteer fire fighters with current Active Duty Department Credentials. (FD Department Picture ID front & back The ID must indicate the position held) are eligible to purchase at a local blue label supplier found on the GLOCK dealer locator. These sales are not eligible for direct purchases from GLOCK Inc.
EMT’s or tactical EMT’s & paramedics employed by a fire department, law enforcement agency or ambulance service working in the field and responding to emergency calls. Certifications alone do not qualify.
NOTE: Glock does not allow us to ship Blue Label guns. They must be picked up in our retail store.

Automatic Knife Requirements
In most cases, automatic knives are restricted items for sale to Law Enforcement only and we must have a copy of your valid law enforcement ID prior to shipment. Store pickup is available for NC residents that are not law enforcement. Questions? Email us.
This gun is restricted for sale to Law Enforcement, First Responders and Military ONLY and you will be required to complete a form and send us a copy of your credentials prior to shipment to your dealer or picking up in our store.
